Jessica started her HR journey in agency recruiting, specifically IT.  She then moved into recruiting for CEMEX, a global building materials organization where she gained extensive knowledge on union activity, including understanding union contracts; which helped her move into a generalist role.  She has also worked with SSP America (food service within airports) in Sacramento.  Jessica joined Oasis in February, 2020 as their Human Resources Generalist and especially enjoys working with different clients in all different avenues.  She will outline COVID-19 HR Policies and Procedures for 2021.
